Get prospects list from your CRM

• CRM connection must be added beforehand

Add prospects in a new Dynamic Video

1. Create a new Dynamic Video template
2. In Step 3 where you need to add prospects data, click "Import options" dropdown box
3. Select "CRM import" option
4. Wait for the lists from your CRM to load
5. Select the list of prospects that you want to import in this Dynamic Video
6. Wait for the list data to populate in the table
7. Resolve any errors (eg: First Name missing) that maybe presented after importing the list

Add prospects in an existing Dynamic Video

1. Go to your Dynamic Video page
2. Click "Add more prospects" button
3. Click "Import options" dropdown box
4. Select "CRM import" option
5. Wait for the lists from your CRM to load
6. Select the list of prospects that you want to import in this Dynamic Video
7. Wait for the list data to populate in the table
8. Resolve any errors (eg: First Name missing) that maybe presented after importing the list
