Video metrics provide valuable insights into your and your team's Potion usage. By monitoring these metrics (Clicks, Views, Generated videos, Static videos, Screen recordings), you can assess individual contributions, identify areas for improvement, and track overall team engagement with the platform. As a Team Admin, you can leverage this data to inform training needs, content creation strategies, and overall team effectiveness with Potion.
Team user metrics
Go to your Potion account
Click "Admin" button in your navigation menu on left hand side
Click "Users" tab, if you're not already on it
Note: Team user metrics are only available for Team Admins
You'll see a list of all Potion users in your team. For each user, you'll see these metrics:
Clicks: Total number of clicks on CTA buttons on all the videos made by the user
Views: Total number of video page views on all the videos made by the user
Generated videos: Total number of Dynamic videos and Dynamic screen recordings generated by the user
Static videos: Total number of Static videos recorded by the user
Screen recordings: Total number of Screen recordings and Screen & face recordings made by the user
Team video metrics
Go to your Potion account
Click "Admin" button in your navigation menu on left hand side
Click "Videos" tab, if you're not already on it
You'll see a list of all videos created by Potion users in your team
Note: Team video metrics are only available for Team Admins
For each video, you'll see these metrics:
Clicks: Total number of clicks on CTA buttons on a video
Views: Total number of video page views on a video
Status: The processing status of the video, to show you if the video generation is in progress
Individual video metrics
Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'
You'll see the "Video template stats" section on the right hand side
Note: Individual video metrics are only available on Dynamic Videos
For each video, you'll see these metrics:
Videos generated: Number of videos in this video template that have completed processing and ready to be sent to prospects
Videos generating: Number of videos in this video template that are still processing
Videos viewed: Number of video views. This number is the number of unique people who have seen either the video template or the generated video
Videos clicked: Number of clicks on your CTA button by unique individuals
Errors: Number of errors in processing.
The reason for errors could be:
Invalid audio input (eg: audio with no sound)
Invalid video input (eg: no face present in the video template)
Invalid screenshot URL input (eg: invalid or broken webpage link)
