      Embed your Dynamic Video in any sequencing tool

      There are two ways to embed your Dynamic Video - using the name of the prospect, and using the email address of the prospect. You'll have to use the name of the prospect for Dynamic videos with only personalized greeting and email address of the prospect for Dynamic videos with only personalized background (with or without personalized greetings). Here are the tutorials for both -

      Dynamic video with only personalized greeting

      1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'
      2. Click "Share your video" button
      3. Click "Copy video template Gif & link" option
      4. Go to your email sequencing tool
      5. Open the email sequence you'd like to add this video to
      6. Click on the email template you'd like to add this video to
      7. Paste the copied snippet where you'd like the video to appear in the email body
      8. Click on the Gif preview and then click on the "Hyperlink" button to add a link behind the Gif preview
      9. Paste the video link as the hyperlink and add "/{first_name}" at the end of the link
      10. Make sure to change the {first_name} to the actual first name personalization variable token in your sequencing tool. Each tool has a different format for this personalization.
      11. These few steps above will make your video Gif preview clickable
      12. Click on the Gif preview again and then click on "customize image" button in your sequencing tool
      13. Change the image source URL to "https://app.sendpotion.com/media/gif/Your_Video_ID/{first_name}" and save your changes
      14. Make sure to change the {first_name} to the format of your sequencing tool
      15. These few steps above will personalize your video Gif preview for each recipient
      16. Click the Dynamic Video template link right below the video Gif preview
      17. If the tool added a hyperlink on the template link, remove that link
      18. Add "/{first_name}" at the end of the link, with the appropriate personalization  token format of your sequencing tool 
      19. Select the entire link (video template URL plus the added token)
      20. Copy the entire link (video template URL plus the added token)
      21. While keeping the selection, click on the "Hyperlink" button
      22. Paste the entire link (video template URL plus the added token) and save your changes
      23. These few steps above will personalize your video link for each recipient
      24. Click "Save email template" button

      1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'

      1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'
      2. Click "Share your video" button
      3. Click "Copy video template Gif & link" option
      4. Go to your email sequencing tool
      5. Open the email sequence you'd like to add this video to
      6. Click on the email template you'd like to add this video to
      7. Paste the copied snippet where you'd like the video to appear in the email body
      8. Click on the Gif preview and then click on the "Hyperlink" button to add a link behind the Gif preview
      9. Paste the video link as the hyperlink and add "/{linkedin_profile_id}" at the end of the link
      10. Make sure to change the {linkedin_profile_id} to the actual LinkedIn Profile ID  variable token in your sequencing tool. Each tool has a different format for this personalization.
      11. These few steps above will make your video Gif preview clickable
      12. Click on the Gif preview again and then click on "customize image" button in your sequencing tool
      13. Change the image source URL to "https://app.sendpotion.com/media/gif/Your_Video_ID/{linkedin_profile_id}" and save your changes
      14. Make sure to change the {linkedin_profile_id} to the format of your sequencing tool
      15. These few steps above will personalize your video Gif preview for each recipient
      16. Click the Dynamic Video template link right below the video Gif preview

      Conclusion

      With these instructions, you can now embed your dynamic video into any email sequencing tool, personalizing the greeting, background, or both based on your prospect information. This will allow you to create more engaging and effective email campaigns!

      Note: Remember to replace {first_name}, {email}, or {linkedin_profile_id} with the specific personalization token format used by your email sequencing tool.
