Change video title

  1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'

  2. Click on the gear underneath the video template

  3. Change or update the video title

  4. Your changes will be saved automatically

Note: You can utilize the {first_name} dynamic field to automatically update names on your landing pages based on the names uploaded to the video

Add a calendar widget on video page

  1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. Paste or type your widget link in the textbox in the "Add widget on video page" section, under "Video settings" tab

  4. Your widget could be a calendar, form embed, or email magnet

Note: If an invalid link is added in the "Add widget link" textbox, the toggle is automatically turned off

Tag video for easy organization

  1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'

  2. Type your video tag in the "Add CTA button text" textbox in the "Add CTA button" section, under "Video settings" tab

  3. Click outside the textbox to save the tag

  4. You'll see the tag added on the video thumbnail on My Videos page

  5. Click the "Close" icon button to remove the tag from the video

Note: You can only add one tag per video

Add images on your video

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. About halfway down, click the purple "Upload images" button under "Add images on video"

  4. Select the desired image file

  5. The image will now be populated on your video

  6. You can drag it around the screen to appear where you want

  7. If you wish to use a different image, hover over the uploaded image and click the trash can to remove it

Add gifs and stickers on your video

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. About halfway down, click the purple "Add stickers or gifs" button under "Stickers & GIFs"

  4. Supported image file formats: gif, svg

  5. Click "Ok" button

  6. Wait a few moment for the files to upload

  7. Once the gifs or svgs are uploaded, you'll see them on your video

  8. You can move and resize the gifs or svgs as you like

Change the default video template background

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. Scroll close to the bottom and click the purple "Change default background" button

  4. Input the new URL or upload the media file of choice

  5. Click "Save"

Add any widget on video page

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. Add a tag in the box below "Add widget on video page"

  4. Press enter

Note: This widget will appear on the right hand side of the video

Adding tags on your videos for better organization

  1. Click into the video for which you'd like to add a tag

  2. Click the gear under the video template

  3. Add a tag in the box below "Tag your video"

  4. Press enter

  5. Once you've added a tag, you will be able to see it below your video in a purple circle, with the tag icon beside it"

Flip video horizontally

  1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'

  2. Click "Flip video horizontally" toggle under "Video settings" tab

Download video template

  1. Click the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. Scroll close to the bottom and click "Download video template" button

  4. Wait a few moments until video file is ready

  5. You'll see a file download dialog box to save the video

Download CSV of generated videos

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click on the gear below the video template

  3. Scroll close to the bottom

  4. Click "Download CSV of generated videos" button

  5. Wait a few moments until CSV file is ready

  6. You'll see a file download dialog box to save the CSV file

Duplicate video template

  1. Click the video

  2. Click on the gear below the video template

  3. Scroll close to the bottom and click the "Duplicate video template" button

  4. A copy of the video will be created with the title "VIDEO TITLE copy"

  5. You'll automatically get redirected to the copied video template

  6. Your generated videos will not be duplicated, only the video template will be duplicated

Delete video

  1. Click on the video

  2. Click the gear below the video template

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete video" button

  4. You'll see a confirmation popup modal

  5. Click "Delete" button to confirm video deletion

  6. Click "Cancel" or press Escape to close the modal

Note: Deleting the video will permanently remove the video from your library

Note: Deleting the video will also permanently remove all the auto-generated videos under that video template
