      Toggle auto-scrolling pages in Dynamic Videos

      1. Click "Avatar" menu in the bottom left corner
      2. Click "Settings" option
      3. Click "Stop auto-scrolling pages in Dynamic Videos" toggle to turn it On or off
      4. If the toggle is off, your background screenshots in Dynamic Videos will not auto-scroll
