Step by step tutorial
- Visit app.sendpotion.com
- Click the "Login using email" link
- Click the "Forgot password?" link
- Type your email address in the "Email" textbox
- Click the "Get reset instruction" button
- You will receive an email with a unique link to reset your password
- If you didn't receive the email, please check the Spam folder in your email inbox
- Click the "Reset password" link in your email
- A new tab will open up where you can change your password
- Type a secure password (8+ characters) the "Password" textbox
- Type your secure password again the "Confirm password" textbox to confirm it
- Click "Reset password" button
- Once authenticated, Potion will redirect you to the My Videos page
- Note: Reset password feature is not available for accounts signed up using Gmail and LinkedIn
