Create Dynamic Videos with only personalized background

  1. Note: This feature is not available for Free users
  2. Click "Creation Potion Videos" option in the navigation on the left hand side
  3. Move your mouse over to "Record Dynamic Video" option
  4. Click "Start recording" button
  5. Wait for a few moments for your camera to start
  6. Turn ON the "Use picture-in-picture" toggle, if it is not on already
  7. Make sure that your entire head is contained inside the red oval
  8. Click "Start recording" button
  9. Make sure you start your video with this generic greeting - "Hey there"
  10. Make sure to take a quick pause after you say "Hey there"
  11. Make sure to close your lips during your pause
  12. You will see a 3 second countdown timer
  13. Record your video template
  14. Once you are done recording, click "Stop" button
  15. If you're happy with your video, click "Save & continue" button
  16. Wait for a few moments to get subtitles for your video
  17. Once your subtitles are generated, click on the subtitles right after your are done saying "Hey there"
  18. This is your Greeting Ending Spot
  19. You can also use the audio waveform right below the subtitles to fine-tune your greeting ending spot selection
  20. Click "Save & continue" button
  21. In the next step, select the "Personalize video background" radio button
  22. Click "Save & continue" button
  23. In the next step, add the default background webpage URL link in the textbox
  24. If you'd like to use your own video in the background, click on the "Upload" icon button to upload your video
  25. Click "Save & continue" button
  26. In the next step, add the email address and screenshot URL of your prospects by copy-pasting or by uploading a CSV file with those three columns
  27. Make sure the prospect emails are valid email addresses
  28. Make sure the prospect screenshot URL are valid URLs
  29. Make sure the prospect screenshot URLs are not empty
  30. Click "Generate videos" button
  31. Potion AI will now start generating personalized videos from your Dynamic Video Template and recorded prospect greetings

 

Re-record a greeting in case of an error

  1. Click on the video thumbnail to visit the 'Video Edit Page'
  2. Optional: Click "Show only errors" toggle to get only the videos with errors
  3. Click on the "Re-record" greeting button
  4. You'll see a voice recorder screen with the prospect greeting printed in the middle 
  5. Click the "Start recording" button on the first prospect greeting
  6. Record the prospect greeting (eg: "Hey John")
  7. Click the "Stop" button
  8. You can preview your recording by clicking the "Play" icon button
  9. If you're not happy with your recording, you can click the "Re-record" button
  10. If you're happy with your recording, click the "Save & continue" button
  11. You will see the next prospect greeting from the errors list or unrecorded list on the recorder screen
  12. You can choose to re-record all the erroneous greetings or click "Skip to end" button
  13. One you record all prospect greetings, click the "Generate videos" button
  14. Potion AI will now start generating personalized videos from your Dynamic Video Template and recorded prospect greetings
  15. Once the video are generated, you'll receive an email


 

Limitations of the AI

  1. Currently, the AI can only generate your name greetings
  2. The AI cannot produce clean looking output if the video template is recorded in a poorly illuminated room
  3. The AI cannot produce clean looking output if the video template is recorded with partial face in the camera stream
  4. The AI cannot produce clean sounding output if the training sentences are recorded with background noise and low-quality microphones

 

Recording environment setup

  1. Use a high quality microphone to record your video template and prospect greetings
  2. Use the same microphone device to record your video template and prospect greetings
  3. Make sure there is no background noise while recording your prospect greetings
  4. Make sure your face is completely seen in the camera window
  5. Make sure your face and the recording room is properly illuminated
  6. Make sure your face fits snugly in the oval
