How to add a workspace

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Add a workspace"

Type in the name of your new workspace

Click "Save"

Note: New workspaces are billed to your account. Each workspace will have it’s own custom domain, theme and branding. It can also be shared with multiple users. If you're unsure of the number of workspaces available to you, check with your Customer Success Manager.

How to rename a workspace

Click your Workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Rename workspace"

Type in the new name of your workspace

Click "Save"

How to change to a different workspace

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Change workspace"

Click on the workspace to which you wish to navigate"

Note: In order to add a teammate to your workspace, they must already have their own Potion account.

Invite a teammate to your workspace

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Invite teammates"

Enter the email address of your teammate into the bar

Click "Add to workspace"

Once added, use the dropdown menu beside their email to update their workspace permissions accordingly

Update a teammate's permissions in your workspace

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Invite teammates"

Find the email address of the teammate for whom you'd like to update permissions

Use the dropdown on the right side to update their permissions in your workspace"

"Note: When you delete a workspace, the workspace and all the videos in it will be removed from your account as well as all shared accounts. Deleted workspaces cannot be recovered.

Delete a workspace

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Change workspace" to navigate to the workspace you're trying to delete

Click on your workspace in the top left corner of your Potion account

Select "Delete workspace" at the bottom of the menu

Click "Delete"
